FinOps Specialist

About the Role
We are looking for a FinOps & Customer Success Specialist to help customers maximize the value of our platform, from onboarding through ongoing cloud cost optimization.
Responsibilities
- •Manage customer relationships and ensure long-term satisfaction
- •Conduct account reviews and identify cloud cost-saving opportunities
- •Customize FinOps strategies based on each customer's cloud environment
- •Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- •Collaborate with internal teams to improve product functionality and customer outcomes
- •Act as a trusted advisor on cloud financial optimization and cost management
Requirements
- •At least 3 years of proven, hands-on experience in FinOps
- •Background in economics; a degree in Economics is a strong advantage
- •Strong numerical and analytical skills
- •Experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, or Customer Service
- •Comfortable working with cloud billing data and cost analysis
- •Knowledge of AWS and/or Azure - a significant advantage
- •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- •High attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and team-oriented mindset
