FinOps Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a FinOps & Customer Success Specialist to help customers maximize the value of our platform, from onboarding through ongoing cloud cost optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer relationships and ensure long-term satisfaction
  • Conduct account reviews and identify cloud cost-saving opportunities
  • Customize FinOps strategies based on each customer's cloud environment
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve product functionality and customer outcomes
  • Act as a trusted advisor on cloud financial optimization and cost management

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of proven, hands-on experience in FinOps
  • Background in economics; a degree in Economics is a strong advantage
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, or Customer Service
  • Comfortable working with cloud billing data and cost analysis
  • Knowledge of AWS and/or Azure - a significant advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and team-oriented mindset
