About the Role

We are looking for a QA & Support professional to join the product and development teams and be responsible for product quality, with a strong focus on internal QA, alongside providing occasional technical support to customers.

Responsibilities

  • Perform internal manual QA testing for a data-driven SaaS product
  • Validate data accuracy, business logic, and overall system quality
  • Write and execute SQL queries for testing and data validation purposes
  • Identify, document, and track issues in collaboration with the development team
  • Provide occasional technical support to customers, including issue analysis and escalation
  • Work closely with product and development teams to improve system quality and stability
  • Participate in defining test scenarios and improving QA processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in a QA role or similar technical role with data-oriented focus
  • Strong SQL skills and ability to write queries as part of daily work
  • Solid technical understanding and ability to work with complex systems
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
