About the Role
We are looking for a QA & Support professional to join the product and development teams and be responsible for product quality, with a strong focus on internal QA, alongside providing occasional technical support to customers.
Responsibilities
- •Perform internal manual QA testing for a data-driven SaaS product
- •Validate data accuracy, business logic, and overall system quality
- •Write and execute SQL queries for testing and data validation purposes
- •Identify, document, and track issues in collaboration with the development team
- •Provide occasional technical support to customers, including issue analysis and escalation
- •Work closely with product and development teams to improve system quality and stability
- •Participate in defining test scenarios and improving QA processes
Requirements
- •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field
- •At least 1 year of experience in a QA role or similar technical role with data-oriented focus
- •Strong SQL skills and ability to write queries as part of daily work
- •Solid technical understanding and ability to work with complex systems
- •Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- •Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
