Marketing Manager (B2B)

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on B2B Marketing Manager who knows how to build pipeline, create momentum, and turn complex technical products into clear business value. You will own inbound marketing initiatives, community engagement, events, digital assets, and go-to-market execution across global markets. This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with executional excellence—someone who can move fast, write clearly, manage multiple channels, and work closely with Sales, Product, and Leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute CloudHiro's B2B marketing strategy across inbound, digital, content, and events
  • Drive inbound lead generation through campaigns, SEO, landing pages, webinars, newsletters, and performance marketing
  • Manage and grow marketing assets, communities, and other technical and social channels
  • Plan and execute industry events, conferences, webinars, and field marketing initiatives
  • Work closely with Sales to improve lead quality, conversion, and pipeline visibility
  • Collaborate with Product and Leadership to position CloudHiro's platform and messaging across different audiences
  • Create and manage marketing content, including website copy, campaigns, customer stories, presentations, and email flows
  • Manage CRM workflows, reporting, lead lifecycle, and campaign tracking
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on data and business impact
  • Support global go-to-market efforts across multiple regions and audiences

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, DevOps, FinOps, or enterprise technology
  • Strong experience with inbound marketing and demand generation
  • Experience managing technical communities and social platforms
  • Proven experience producing and managing events and conferences
  • Experience working with global markets and international audiences
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation systems
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize fast, and execute with ownership
  • Analytical mindset with a strong understanding of marketing metrics and pipeline impact
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience marketing cloud, FinOps, Kubernetes, or infrastructure platforms
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or similar tools
  • Experience working with technical buyers, including Engineering, DevOps, Platform, and Finance teams
  • Background in startup or high-growth environments
