Junior Technical Operations Analyst

About the Role

We're looking for an exceptional analytical thinker to join CloudHiro and help organizations maximize the value of their cloud investments. This is an ideal opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who enjoys working with data, solving complex problems, and wants to build expertise in Cloud, FinOps, AI, and cloud optimization. You'll work with cloud usage data, identify optimization opportunities, support customers, and operate CloudHiro's optimization platform while learning from experienced professionals.

Responsibilities

• •Analyze cloud infrastructure usage and cost data to identify optimization opportunities
• •Monitor cloud environments and investigate anomalies
• •Work with cloud optimization and FinOps platforms
• •Support customers with insights and recommendations
• •Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams
• •Continuously learn cloud technologies, FinOps methodologies, and AI-driven optimization

Requirements

• •Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets
• •Excellent English communication skills
• •Bachelor's degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
• •Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) - an advantage
• •Basic SQL or scripting knowledge - an advantage
• •Interest in cloud technologies, data analysis, or FinOps - an advantage
